Updated Every 4 Weeks

All of your workout plans will be tailored to you as the individual, I’ll take into consideration any injuries or restrictions you may have.

My style of training is generally pretty intense with higher volume, however we will go through strength phases and implement different training styles to keep your body guessing and stimulating new muscle growth!

You will have the option to have from 3-6 training days a week depending on your lifestyle and what you can commit to each week.


Your plans will be updated every 4 weeks, this allows us time to progress and get stronger, in saying this, changes can be made at anytime if your circumstances change.


Personalised Meal Plan
Updated Every 4 Weeks

If I could explain my meal plans in one sentence it would have to be. Healthy, sustainable, easy to prepare plans with a variety of over 1000 meals to choose from, each tailored to your individual needs.


I’ve put so much effort to making these tasty meals, I know you’re going to love them! 


You’ll be given up to 5 different days of meals for massive variety, I suggest you choose one or two days and repeat throughout the week. This keeps costs down and saves you time in the kitchen.


What about allergies and dislikes? I’ve got you covered! You let me know before we start and those foods won’t go into your plan.

If you come across a meal you don’t like you can simply use the swap feature or email me to swap or change it and I’ll process your request promptly for you! Unlimited changes can be made.

  • 12 Week Minimum Term Commitment

    It is a 12 week minimum subscription when you join our coaching services. You cannot cancel before the 12 weeks. Please email support@roadtoaesthetics.com to do so. There is no cooling off period, once you join you must commit to the 12 weeks then only can you cancel after!


    This is a commitment to you to ensure the best chance of results!


    The Service Plan is non-transferable and cannot be resold or gifted to another party. Under no circumstance can the Account name of the original Service Plan holder be changed.

  • Can anyone join your programs?

    Sure! As I’m an online personal trainer everything is done online. All that is required is an internet connection. All communication is also conducted via email. 

  • How does your email support work?

    I respond to all emails ASAP. My response time varies but expect a reply within 24 hours. Although more often it will be a lot sooner than that. Also, just keep in mind, I’m based in Australia. Due to different time zones you may get a delayed reply when you may normally expect a more efficient one.

  • Will my meal plan be personalised to me?

    All meal plans and workout programs are personalised to the individual. Based on (but not limited to) each individuals statistics, daily activity levels, food preferences and goal. A complete macronutrient breakdown is also included with all personalised meal plans. So, anything you dislike, cannot access, does not fit your budget or simply want excluded, can be! Everyone is taken into consideration and catered to accordingly.

  • Will my plan require a gym membership?

    In order to follow a personalised workout from me, a gym membership is highly recommended for the best results possible. However, a gym membership is not mandatory, as I do offer personalised home workout programs. You will require a home gym. You will need a basic home gym with Dumbbells, Barbell, Bench, Cable Pulldown and Row. 

  • Will Supplements be in my plan?

    With regards to supplements, I like to leave them as optional extras. In saying that, I highly recommended optional extras. Supplements do work and can provide that edge needed for results. But they are not mandatory for results, as a personalised meal plan and structured workout program are the most important things.


    I have a supplements guide inside the dashboard of my app once you sign up that explains the supplements I recommend to help achieve your goals.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel by sending an email through to support@roadtoaesthetics.com

  • What are my payment options?

    All you need is a Credit or Debit Card. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase you will be forwarded to the checkout where can enter your details. At this point in time Stripe is our preferred secure method of payment.


    Rest assured we use industry standard AES - 256 encryption to ensure your private information remains safe.


    To pay simply click on the product you want to purchase. Follow the on-screen instructions and you should be redirected to the Road to Aesthetics / Stripe Checkout.

  • What happens once I’ve purchased my plan?

    When you purchase your plan, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is to confirm your purchase and activate your account. 


    Once activated and logged into the members section, you will be required to fill out the questionnaire(s). This information is required for me to personalise your plans/programs. Information you provide will include (but not be limited to) your statistics, daily activity levels, food preferences and goal. Once you have submitted your questionnaire(s) allow me 48 hours to prepare your personalised plan/program.

  • What equipment do I need for home workouts?

    I can create a program for you to train from home, all you'll need is a basic home gym with Dumbbells, Barbell, Bench, Cable Pulldown and Row.


    Alternativley, if you don't have any equipment you can opt for a resistance band only workout when completing your onboarding form.
